The aromatic organic hemp seed flour is obtained by gently grinding the press cake, which is obtained from hemp seeds when extracting oil.
Hemp flour is ideal for baking and cooking, because it gives the food a pleasant nutty taste and serves as a valuable source of protein, minerals and fiber. It is best to replace 10 to 15% of conventional flour with hemp flour.
Also ideal for setting soups and sauces and for smoothies.
It is gluten-free, so only up to 15% should be added when baking in order to maintain the baking ability.
